Why Elite

Gulf standards. Local speed. Straight answers.

Our founder spent years keeping plants running in Qatar, where a stopped machine costs thousands of dollars an hour. He came home to Mozambique with that discipline, a network of engineers in the country’s biggest companies, and a workshop built from the ground up.

  • Measured twiceEvery part checked against your sample or drawing before it leaves.
  • Priced upfrontA written quote with a ready-date before any work starts.
  • One referenceEvery job has an EISC number you can quote on WhatsApp.

Questions

Asked every week

Not here? Ask on WhatsApp and we will answer, then add it to this list.

Can you make a part if I only have the broken one?

Yes. Bring the worn or broken part, or send clear photos with a tape measure beside it. We measure it, rebuild the missing geometry and machine a new one. For critical parts we confirm the dimensions with you before cutting.

How fast is a quote?

We aim to quote every request on WhatsApp the same working day.

What is the biggest part you can turn?

Up to 500 mm in diameter and 1500 mm between centres on our CY6250B lathe. For bigger jobs, send the drawing and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Do you work for companies outside Maputo?

Yes. Parts travel by courier to any province. Companies can open a supplier account with NUIT invoicing and a named contact.

Can you bend rebar stirrups from my bar schedule?

Yes. Send the schedule as a PDF or photo. Our CNC bender repeats the same angle and length on every piece, in batches.

How often should I align my wheels?

Every 10,000 km, after new tyres, and after any hard knock on a pothole or kerb. On Mozambican roads, aligning more often costs less than replacing tyres.
