In detail
Why make it locally?
Most spare parts that stop machines in Mozambique are simple turned or milled shapes: a shaft, a sleeve, a flange. Importing them means freight, customs and weeks of downtime. Making them in Matola means days. For plants that lose production every hour a machine stands still, the local part pays for itself before the imported one has left the port.
From photo to finished part
Send three photos of the part next to a tape measure, or a drawing if you have one. We confirm the critical dimensions, the material and the quantity, then quote a price and ready-date. Every job carries an EISC reference so your purchasing team can track it.
Materials we work with
Mild steel, C45 / EN8 carbon steel, stainless 304 and 316, brass, aluminium and engineering plastics such as nylon. Not sure what you need? Tell us where the part works, what it carries and whether it sees water or chemicals, and we will recommend one.
